I give it 2 stars because the place is very dirty, the bathrooms are not paper, the children's area is dirty, for the price it is very expensive because there are not many things for the children to have fun with
Tremendous activity for kids! I've taken my 3-year old daughter here multiple times and she LOVES it. She loves it so much she wears the Urban Air socks around the house just for fun. Really good value and an excellent, fun activity.
Prices are reasonable. Bathrooms are dirty. Food was not very good. I got pizza with my passes and when I was ready to eat there weren’t enough slices available for my party so I only got a couple at a time. When I went back to get the rest they told me I already got them all. They should either have pizzas ready or figure out a new way to know people got their full order.
You jump by the hour which was never explicitly expressed, online or in the building. There’s TONS of seating for adults to watch your kids. Plenty to do if you’re an overweight parent too. The staff was friendly and not extremely strict. They didn’t say anything unless there was a huge safety risk which made me feel way more comfortable. Definitely a place where my kid could actually be a kid and I can let him.
It’s kind of dark inside so it’s hard to take photos. They play new trendy music. There aren’t photo props like fly high. There’s lots of different activities. Not a lot of teenagers hang out here though it’s definitely for younger kids.
I watched people do the rope course and it’s harder than it looks. Annoying that you have to pull the rope behind you and have it hit just right on the openings. Definitely hard for short/ young kids. Pretty much every other child was getting stuck. I will be coming back definitely.
Great customer service ! Last weekend I made the decision to take my kid to urban air for the first time. As we got there I did notice it was very busy with parties and such . I wasn’t sure how the whole consent forms work so I asked an employee, I believe her name was Stephany and lord she was helpful ! She was very nice and knowledgeable! With her attitude and her willingness to help made my experience at urban great ! I will be definitely coming back to this establishment!
Amazing place with lots of things to do. It was so fun and very well designed. Had an amazing experience.
Awful experience recently. Called ahead to see about bringing in cupcakes and we were told it was fine just no meal food (pizza/burgers/nuggets/etc). When we went in they tried to charge $35 for the cupcakes. They stayed in the car.
Incredibly understaffed. On a Sat none the less. Dodgeball area was closed due to one of the trampolines being broken so that was understandable. But they had at least one functioning attraction closed at all times because of lack of employees.
Would not recommend. There are plenty of other options that will take better care of you, have open attractions, etc. If I could do 0/5 I would, they absolutely earned it.
My granddaughter and I went to have an adventure. An adventure was had!
We paid $43 for an all access pass for her ($25), a half-off parent pass, and too pairs of socks. The park claims that passes are for two hours. This is very comparable to other trampoline parks which charge by the hour. But, we've been here two hours, and they haven't kicked us out yet. So, it's a great value!
The staff are very friendly and helpful.
And, the "attractions" are so fun! I'm a very hands on grandma, and they let parents play on all attractions (except the ones specifically for little kids). My granddaughter and I did the ropes course, Zipline, warrior course, trampolines, etc.
So great! We definitely will be back!
This place was very cool to take the kids for a few hours to play. (4-8pm) although it is loud and a lot of lights and noises for me, my grandkids had a great time and that's all that matters
